E. P. Foster and the Foster Family

My personal acquaintance with Mr. Foster and the family began in 1898 and developed during the following years until the present time. My family was close neighbors for many years. I was nine years old when we first met; it was not long until a friendship grew between our two families. Our houses were both on Ventura Avenue. The Foster house was just across the barranca from the Avenue School on the west side, our home was just across the Avenue from the school, on the east side. read more »
